Following you can find all information reqarding the ptotection of privacy and personal details, art.13 of UE regolations n.2016\/679, GDPR:<\/span><\/p>\n

Kismet srl is the name of the agency using your personal details<\/span>, according to the Decree on the Protection of Privacy DLgs 30 Giugno 2003 n.196, \u201cPrivacy code\u201d, and European regulations GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) 679\/2016 into force since 25 May 2016 and applied from 25 May 2018, all personal details will be treated following the regulations.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the regulations personal data provided, however sensitive, will be processed exclusively to organize the event, GEF.<\/span><\/p>\n

The details will be treated following the regulations of privacy, registrated and filed both electronically and on paper, according to the Decree on the Protection of Privacy art. 11, 31 D.Lgs\u00a0 n.196\/2003\u00a0 and arty. 32 and 83\u00a0 of GDPR 679\/2016<\/span><\/p>\n

The data will be preserved not more than 10 years.<\/span><\/p>\n

Providing data is not compulsory, but it is necessary in order to provide participants with comprehensive assistance and orgnize the event ( for example full names, address, telephone, e-mail address, payment details, that has been given by sending the entry form). We will be unable to provide our complete range of services unless we receive a complete set of data.<\/span><\/p>\n

Therefore we request your cooperation by forwarding to us your written consent for the processing of personal data and ensuing communication and\/or release, as well as your commitment to providing us with any changes to your data, by filling out the enclosed consent form at your earliest convenience.\u00a0 Please complete every part of the form and sign thus declaring your acceptance and consent.<\/span><\/p>\n

In case of refusal, it will not be possible to proceed with the participation in the event.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Your personal data will be used by Kismet srl, the person in charge, accontant office in charge and eventual cooperating agencies for the event.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Your personal data are not subject to diffusion.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

All participants are entitled to their rights (according to section 7 of the above mentioned Decree) and specifically they can access their personal data, request their correction, update and cancellation, in case of incomplete, wrong or unlawfully collected data.\u00a0 They may also object to their handling for legitimate reasons and request as much of our staff.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    As art.15 of the regulations of UE 2016\/679 you have right to access personal data whenever you want,<\/span><\/p>\n
