Accommodation prices

Minimum compulsory number of nights in Sanremo for Finals participants: minimum 2 nights
Eurotheatre, Festival of School Musicals and Flower in the Kitchen: minimum 3 nights

The package price includes:

  • In 3 or 4 stars Hotel: Half Board – HB – Bed, breakfast and dinner (drinks and extras not included);
    shared bedrooms for students, double bedrooms for accompanying adults on request (and availability).
  • 1 free bed (in a shared bedroom) for every group of 20 paying guests.
  • GEF gadgets
  • Free entry – Ariston Theatre (€ 17 per each evening contest)
  • Free participation in every event of GEF.
  • The conditions for cancellations as on “the Hotel booking form” for schools.

The package price not includes:

  • Everything not mentioned in “The package price includes
  • The tourist tax for each person to be paid locally directly in the hotel on the arrival

Overall costs per 1 person per 1 night – in half board (bed – breakfast – dinner)

  • Hotel 3 stars outside of Sanremo HB – € 69,00 per night per person
    • that means a hotel situated more than 7 km from the centre of Sanremo.
    • up to the end of the availabiity places in the type of rooms and/or in the requested area, with our eventual changes and confirmation of changes, which will be communicated to the partecipating entities (schools, associations) as soon as possible
  • Hotel 3 stars in Sanremo HB – € 77,00 per night per person
    • up to the end of the availabiity places in the type of rooms and/or in the requested area, with our eventual changes and confirmation of changes, which will be communicated to the partecipating entities (schools, associations) as soon as possible
  • Hotel 3 stars in the Centre of Sanremo and “Elite HB – € 80 per night per person
    • Central hotel means a hotel not farer than 2,0 km from Teatro Ariston, “elite” means a hotel selected by us because of structural or location reasons
    • up to the end of the availabiity places in the type of rooms and/or in the requested area, with our eventual changes and confirmation of changes, which will be communicated to the partecipating entities (schools, associations) as soon as possible

Single room Supplement € 25,00 per night per person, depending on availability

Hotel 4 stars HB on request
Hotel 4 stars superior e 5 stars on request

Extra meal (not in the hotel) € 25,00 per person
Extra meals must be ordered and settle up on the same time as the order of the hotel.
